🏡 Brand new coliving house opening soon in Saint-Gilles — be among the first residents

Some houses you move into. This one, you get to shape from day one.

We’re opening a beautiful new coliving house in Saint-Gilles, just steps from Parc Duden, and we’re looking for the very first people to make it home. Fresh, beautifully designed, and with a special early-bird price if you reserve before opening.

Here’s the idea: a mix of young professionals and interns, local and international — real housemates rather than people sharing a corridor. Dinners together a few times a week, movie nights, slow Sunday mornings, and the kind of evenings where a quick “hello” in the kitchen turns into an hour of talking.

🏡 The house
Brand new and thought through properly: spacious common areas for socialising, comfortable shared living spaces, a fully equipped kitchen, laundry facilities, and secure access throughout. A cleaner comes once a week for the common areas. Heating, electricity, water, wifi: all included. One price, zero surprises.

🛏️ Your room
A selection of standard and superior private furnished rooms, each with your own private shower and sink. Move-in ready.

🌳 The neighbourhood
In Saint-Gilles, steps from Parc Duden and its greenery, with cafés, shops and restaurants nearby and easy access to public transport to reach anywhere in Brussels in minutes.

🔑 Early-bird offer: reserve before opening and get a special discount as one of our first residents.

💶 €780/month instead of €850, all included
📩 Send us a message — we’d love to tell you more. 🌿
