One small furnished and bright room available from the 1st of February (flexible dates) in a maison de maître in Avenue Chazal, Schaerbeek in a very well-connected position (stop Patrie - tram 25, 62, bus 64, 65... ).
The cost of the small room is 430 + expenses (around 80 €)
You will share a well-equiped kitchen, a big living room, terrace, big bathroom with toilette and a small separate toilette with 2 boys between 27 and 40 and another new flatmate.
The house is fully equipped with washing machine, dryer, dish washer, microwave WiFi and tv (with netflix included) .
The neighborhood is very calm and supermarkets (Delhaize, Carrefour market, Lodos, Smatch …), bars and gyms are very close. It takes 15' by bus to the centre and to Zaventem airport and 10' to the EU institutions.
