Subletting my room to student

Location: In between VUB / ULB, very near to bus stop 71/95/carrefour market... (within 5 minutes of walk)

Atmosphere: a quite building with student residents who are very calm and cautious about the Covid-19 > > also hope that you can obey the Belgium rules during the Containment

Availability: from the beginning of May until August (4 month); (with the possibility to a renewal of another one year with the landlord)

Condition of the room:
furnished loft with 2 floors
first floor: a small sofa and the study area (plus a small storage place for the luggage)
second floor: a big cabinet and sleeping area
two big windows, with good circulation of air

shared with another person: a small dining area; an equipped kitchen (unfortunately no oven); a bright and spacious bathroom

(if you would like to live in for more than 3 months during May til August, you are welcomed to use my stuff, such as lamps, full-length mirror, little table, socket, rice cooker, coat hanger, printer, school supplies such as stapler and tape, fans, hanger, sheet, pillow, blanket, cushion, soap.... you can use them freely.
In other words, you can live in without buying lots of living supplies! )
