Kitchen with a fridge and freezer, microwave, oven, coffee machine, kettle, etc. Living room with flat screen TV and a Playstation 4. Very nice 25m² terrace equipped with outdoor furniture AND with a view on the city. Laundry room with a washing machine and a second fridge. Possibility for bike storage.

Depending on the room and the contract length, the monthly rent varies between 470€ and 570€ (provision for charges included). An admin fee is also payable at the booking.
