I am looking to sublet my studio in King Upkot (Brussels 1000, Rue Royale 119, 7 th floor) for 2024 September-Dec/Jan, as I am leaving for Erasmus exchange.

The studio is approx. 30sqm with its own private bathroom, toilette and kitchen. Besides you will have access to the building's common areas (common kitchen, study room, gym, game room, laundry, garden with BBQ) as well. The studio is spacious and well-equipped: a kitchen with induction cooker, fridge with freezer, microwave-oven, sink; washbasin; a single bed; a large desk, shelves and wardrobe.
I have many items (mattress, chair, ventilator, cutlery, utensils etc. ), I can leave them here for you..

The price is 750 all inclusive, lower than the market price, and negotiable. Dm!
